## Current Openings
We are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following technical roles:
1. Workshop Manager (Kepala Bengkel)
The Workshop Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring our fleet remains operational and efficient. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership to our mechanics and oversee all maintenance workflows.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in workshop management or heavy equipment maintenance.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as complex troubleshooting for vehicles and machinery.
* Leadership Skills: Strong capability in coordinating mechanic teams and managing maintenance documentation.
* Operational Competence: A solid grasp of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Operational Proficiency: Must be able to operate heavy trucks and understand their fundamental mechanics.
* Professional Attributes: Highly analytical, disciplined, results-oriented, and willing to be stationed at any of the company’s workshop facilities.
2. Heavy Equipment Mechanic
We are looking for hands-on mechanics who take pride in their craft and ensure the reliability of our dump trucks and truck mixers.
* Educational Background: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a heavy vehicle mechanic, with specific expertise in Dump Trucks and/or Truck Mixers.
* Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of diesel engines, transmission systems, braking systems, and various heavy vehicle components.
* Diagnostic Skills: Ability to conduct thorough inspections, diagnose faults, perform repairs, and identify necessary spare parts requirements.
* Safety Compliance: Commitment to rigorous Occupational Health and Safety (K3) procedures and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, a strong team player, and highly responsible in executing repair and maintenance tasks.
