## The Selection Process and Grooming Standards

* Attire: Women should wear a short-sleeved blouse, scarf, knee-length pencil skirt, and closed-toe heels (min. 5 cm). Hair must be kept neat, and the current policy does not permit the wearing of the hijab during the selection process.
