* Academic Performance: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Health Status: Physically and mentally fit, with no history of color blindness.

* Employment Status: Free from any active bond or employment contract with other institutions, agencies, or corporations.
