The Quality Control Operator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every battery leaving our production line meets our stringent quality benchmarks. Key responsibilities for this position include:
* Quality Inspections: Conducting thorough product assessments in strict accordance with defined industry standards and internal specifications.
* Precision Measurement: Utilizing specialized measuring tools and equipment to perform accurate product testing.
* Process Monitoring: Executing detailed inspections at every stage of the manufacturing workflow to ensure consistency.
* Non-Conformance Management: Identifying, isolating, and reporting products that fail to meet quality thresholds.
* Data Integrity: Recording all inspection results and maintaining accurate documentation of any non-conformities found during the process.
* Quality Assurance: Ensuring that only products meeting our high-quality criteria proceed to the final shipping stage.
* Reporting: Preparing comprehensive and regular reports regarding inspection outcomes for management review.
## Candidate Qualifications

1. Educational Background: A vocational high school (SMK) graduate specializing in Chemical Analysis or Engineering.

4. Workshop Expertise: Hands-on experience working within a mold workshop environment.
