* System Innovation: Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge robotic systems to optimize production efficiency.

* Leadership and Discipline: Manage the Engineering department’s workflow, ensuring that all personnel adhere to corporate regulations while fostering a culture of high productivity.
* Operational Excellence: Supervise engineering projects to ensure every objective is met according to the project timeline and technical specifications.
## Professional Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechatronics Engineering is highly preferred.
* Experience: A minimum of two years of professional experience specifically within a robotics engineering role.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of robotic systems and utility frameworks.
* Compliance Knowledge: Working knowledge of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), K3LH standards, and 5S methodology.
