## Job Role: Waste Management Operator (Forklift)
PT Daikin Industries Indonesia is currently looking for a qualified professional to fill the position of Waste Management Operator with a Forklift specialization. This role is vital for ensuring that all environmental and safety protocols are strictly followed within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle the management, sorting, and secure storage of both hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste in strict compliance with established company procedures and waste characteristics.
* Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing waste transactions at the Temporary Waste Storage (TPS) facility, which includes verifying quantities, material types, and transportation documentation.
* Maintain optimal standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the TPS area, ensuring proper drum arrangement, accurate waste labeling, and the upkeep of supporting infrastructure.
* Prepare and submit comprehensive periodic reports regarding waste management activities to supervisors and relevant departments for internal and external compliance audits.
Candidate Qualifications
* Minimum educational background of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in any major.
* Must possess a valid and active Forklift License (SIO Forklift).
* Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data entry, inventory tracking, and waste report compilation.
* Demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail when logging waste shipments, verifying types, quantities, and accompanying transport documents.
* Possess a solid understanding of waste segregation, labeling, storage, and handling procedures for hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
* Familiar with fundamental Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations, environmental protection guidelines, proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage, and facility sanitation standards.
