PT Daikin Manufacturing Indonesia is currently seeking a meticulous and highly motivated professional to join our logistics team as a Store Staff. This role is vital for maintaining the efficiency of our production supply chain and ensuring that our inventory processes meet global quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for the seamless movement of materials and the integrity of our inventory records. Your daily duties will include:
* Material Processing: Handling the systematic receipt and processing of all incoming material shipments.
* Outbound Logistics: Facilitating the accurate processing of outgoing materials to support production needs.
* Delivery Management: Preparing and managing essential delivery notes and shipping documentation.
* Inventory Control: Actively participating in and coordinating weekly and monthly stock opname (inventory counting) procedures to ensure stock accuracy.
* Documentation Excellence: Maintaining a highly organized filing system to ensure that all operational documents are archived securely and remain easy to retrieve.
Professional Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a combination of technical knowledge and strong organizational capabilities. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics Management or a related field of study.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a similar warehousing or logistics role.
* Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in SAP software and Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
* Operational Knowledge: A robust understanding of FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management and professional document control processes.
* Communication: Strong English language proficiency is highly preferred.
