## Role Summary: Regulatory Affairs & Product Registration Officer
As a Product Registration Specialist, you will serve as the crucial link between formulation development, production standards, and government regulatory bodies. Your primary focus will be managing product dossiers, securing official health notifications, and ensuring strict adherence to national cosmetics standards, notably through the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM).
Primary Responsibilities
* Dossier Preparation and Management: Draft, review, and assemble comprehensive technical documentation for new product notifications, periodic renewals, and post-approval formulation variations.
* Statutory Submissions: Execute online and physical document submissions to regulatory authorities (BPOM) in strict accordance with the latest statutory guidelines and compliance deadlines.
* Regulatory Lifecycle Maintenance: Track the status of ongoing approvals, resolve technical queries or audit requests from governing agencies, and prevent product release delays.
* Documentation & Archiving: Systematically catalog, organize, and maintain active and historical product licenses, raw material safety data, and compliance records for swift internal audits.
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with research and development, quality assurance, and packaging teams to verify product labeling, ingredient safety profiles, and marketing claim legitimacy.
## Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should bring a balance of regulatory literacy, analytical rigor, and solid administrative discipline.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of dedicated experience handling product registrations and regulatory affairs within the cosmetics manufacturing or personal care industry.
* Regulatory Proficiency: Demonstrated familiarity with Indonesian regulatory procedures, specifically navigating BPOM notification systems and cosmetics compliance frameworks.
* Halal Certification Awareness: A working knowledge of Halal Product Assurance Systems (SJPH) and certification processes will be considered a significant advantage.
* Location: Candidates residing in or around Tangerang, Banten are strongly preferred to facilitate on-site operational coordination.
* Skill Set: Exceptional organizational capacity, meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple product portfolios simultaneously.
