## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in these roles, candidates must meet the following general criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum D3, D4, or S1 degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or Informatics.
* Experience: We welcome both fresh graduates and professionals with 1–2 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing sector.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical, mathematical, and technical mindset.
* Software Skills: Proficiency in electronic design software such as Eagle, Proteus, Altium, or LTspice, as well as experience with embedded systems.
* Project Experience: Familiarity with electronic projects, including electrical design, PCB layout, component analysis, and circuit simulation.
* Communication: Fluency in English is required.
