Eligibility Criteria and Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of professional development, applicants must meet the following prerequisites:
* Educational Background: Must be a fresh graduate from the 2025 or 2026 academic years with a Diploma (D3 or D4) in a relevant engineering field.
* Academic Performance: A minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Commitment: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at our Batam shipyard for a minimum initial period of two years.
