## Job Description and Core Responsibilities
The Site Officer Shift plays a vital role in maintaining the seamless flow of energy logistics directly at client locations. Selected candidates will shoulder significant responsibilities to ensure operational excellence and safety compliance.
* Operational Oversight: Manage and supervise the daily receipt, storage, and distribution workflows of fuel at designated customer sites.
* Inventory Control: Guarantee continuous fuel availability matching operational demands while keeping inventory levels strictly within established safety thresholds.
* Data Reporting: Execute thorough monitoring, meticulous record-keeping, and comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations.
* Facility Management: Maintain oversight of bulk storage tanks, which includes precise volume measurements, product quality checks, and the maintenance of storage infrastructure.
* Loss Prevention: Identify and report stock discrepancies (gains or losses) while conducting initial investigations into potential product shrinkage.
* Supply Chain Supervision: Oversee fuel intake from suppliers and coordinate downstream distribution to end-users strictly adhering to standard operating procedures.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain active communication with clients, transporters, and internal operational teams to secure uninterrupted fuel supply lines.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
