1. Senior Legal Counsel
As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will report directly to the Legal Manager Operations. Your core mission will involve delivering comprehensive legal support across procurement, projects, operations, and general business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft and negotiate complex industry contracts, including service agreements, purchasing, drilling, workover, marine charter, facility sharing, FEED, EPCI, and O&M contracts.
* Ensure all agreements strictly comply with applicable laws, guidelines—including PTK-007—and internal company policies.
* Manage legal disputes and claims, collaborating closely with external legal counsels to safeguard company interests.
* Assist in developing internal legal policies, guidelines, and resources.
* Monitor regulatory updates, assess the impact of new local authorities' guidelines, and liaise with regulatory bodies.
* Represent the legal department within tender committees.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law; a Master's or advanced post-graduate law degree is strongly preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, ideally as an in-house counsel within the oil and gas sector or at a reputable law firm.
* Certifications: Certification in PTK-007 (Procurement of Goods and Services in Upstream Oil and Gas) and admission to the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) are distinct advantages.
* Core Skills: Exceptional issue-spotting abilities for sensitive legal and business risks, strong collaborative skills, and a proactive, independent working style.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development, promotion, and execution of agribusiness and carbon offset initiatives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with agricultural counterparts and relevant local stakeholders.
* Facilitate raw material supply management and prepare formal documentation for partnership agreements.
* Oversee supply chain and logistical operations for agricultural products and bio-feedstock to guarantee consistent bioproduction volumes.

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Industrial Engineering discipline.
