## Position Overview: Production Operator (Second Process)
We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Production Operator for the Second Process department. This position is vital to our operations, focusing on maintaining the high-quality standards for which PT Goko Spring Indonesia is known.
Key Responsibilities and Required Qualifications
To ensure the success and efficiency of our manufacturing processes, candidates must possess a strong technical background and a commitment to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male applicants only.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), with preference given to candidates from a technical background.
* Experience: At least two years of proven experience in a similar production operator role.
* Technical Literacy: Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
* Measurement Skills: Ability to effectively utilize precision measurement tools, such as micrometers and calipers.
* Machine Operation: Competent in operating manual machinery, including lathes, milling machines, drilling rigs, welding equipment, and grinding tools.
* Kaizen Mindset: A strong aptitude for technical analysis and a proactive approach toward process improvement (Kaizen).
* Availability: Must be willing to work in a shift-based environment.
* Location: Ability to work on-site at our facility in Delta Silicon 6, Lippo Cikarang.
