## Role Overview: Warehouse Administrator
The Warehouse Administrator plays a critical role in bridging physical inventory management with administrative accuracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our warehouse operations run seamlessly, maintaining the highest standards of stock integrity and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you will be expected to manage several core logistical functions:
* Inventory Receiving: Manage the intake of all incoming goods while performing quality and quantity verification against delivery documentation.
* Storage Optimization: Organize product storage according to industry-standard FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) methodologies.
* Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of all product movements to ensure total alignment between physical inventory and administrative digital logs.
* Operational Oversight: Conduct routine stock-taking (stock opname) procedures to identify discrepancies and maintain system accuracy.
* Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive warehouse operational reports on a regular basis to support management decision-making.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical skills necessary to manage our stock flows. The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
* Professional Status: Open to both high-potential fresh graduates and experienced candidates with at least one year of warehouse management experience.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel for data management and reporting.
* Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory control principles like FIFO and FEFO.
* Personal Attributes: Must be communicative, highly meticulous, organized, and capable of working effectively both independently and within a team.
* Physical & Logistical: Ability to operate a motor vehicle (driving license required).
* Residency: Priority will be given to candidates residing in or near the Serang area.
* Demographic: Male, maximum 35 years of age.
