We are currently looking for a qualified individual to fill the crucial role of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Coordinator.
## Job Responsibilities and Overview
As our GMP Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our production processes adhere strictly to quality, safety, and regulatory frameworks. You will oversee operational compliance, maintain safety standards, and bridge production efficiency with rigorous quality assurance protocols.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure success in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in an Engineering discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the exact same role within a manufacturing environment.
* Core Competencies & Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Familiarity with the Halal Assurance System (Sistem Jaminan Halal / SJH*).
Working knowledge of ISO standards and Occupational Health and Safety (K3*).
* Direct understanding of production machinery operations, particularly in plastic manufacturing.
* Preferred Background: Candidates who have previously served as a Coordinator or Leader specialized in Manufacturing or Production Operations are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Work Arrangement: Flexibility to work in shift or non-shift schedules as required by operational needs.
* Geographical Preference: Applicants currently residing in the Sidoarjo area will be given primary consideration.
