## The Role: Junior Operator
PT Jawa Satu Power is currently seeking highly motivated professionals to join their team as a Junior Operator. This position is vital to the safe, reliable, and efficient functionality of the plant's gas turbine combined cycle systems. Successful candidates will work under the direct guidance of the Shift Leader and Unit Controller to ensure that all plant equipment operates within strict safety and performance guidelines.
Core Responsibilities
* Maintaining the operational integrity of the combined cycle power (CCP) station.
* Executing daily tasks in compliance with established plant safety protocols.
* Collaborating with the Shift Leader to ensure seamless unit transitions.
* Adapting to a mandatory rotating shift schedule to support 24/7 power plant operations.
## Requirements for Prospective Candidates

Educational and Professional Qualifications
* Academic Background: Possession of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience within the industry.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Familiarity with CCP operations and water chemistry protocols.
* Competence in interpreting P&ID drawings and logic diagrams.
* Working knowledge of non-complex electrical/mechanical schematics and standard power plant terminology.
* Soft Skills:
* Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
