## Position Overview: Logistic Staff
As part of the logistics division, you will play an integral role in ensuring the seamless flow of domestic and export shipments, supporting large-scale industrial operations, and maintaining robust supply chain networks.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and Timeline Management: Assist in the preparation and continuous updating of vessel schedules, laycan plans, and delivery timelines for both domestic and international shipments. Track progress collaboratively with internal teams, shipping agents, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
* Documentation and Database Maintenance: Prepare, verify, and maintain precise shipping documents, including Shipping Instructions and Delivery Orders, alongside comprehensive cargo records and logistics databases.
* Operations and Reporting: Monitor daily cargo readiness and oversee loading and discharging operations. Generate regular logistics and inventory reports while assisting with freight cost analysis and invoice verification.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this dynamic environment, applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelorโs (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics & Transportation Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in logistics or supply chain management. Fresh graduates who possess hands-on internship experience within the field are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, data management, logistics reporting systems, and shipping documentation procedures.
* Communication Skills: Possess strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills. Candidates with proficiency in Mandarin will receive preferred consideration.
* Work Location: Willing to be stationed at the corporate headquarters located in Jakarta.
