1. Environment & Security Staff (Code: ES STAFF)

Core Responsibilities:

* Manage and monitor water, air, and waste pollution control measures.
* Implement Environmental Management Systems in compliance with current legal regulations.

Qualifications:

* Minimum D3/S1 in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field.
* At least 1 year of experience in the manufacturing or cigarette industry.
* AK 3 General certification (Ministry of Manpower) and understanding of ISO 14001 are preferred.
* Proficiency in SIMPEL and SPEED KLHK reporting.
* Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

2. Factory Performance Management Staff (Code: FPM STAFF)

Core Responsibilities:

* Support the execution of annual business plans and strategic project management.
* Assist in performance management system administration.

Qualifications:

* Minimum S1 in Business/HR Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Statistics.
* Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of experience in FMCG or consulting is a plus.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

3. Factory Business Process Improvement Staff (Code: ES STAFF)

Core Responsibilities:

* Manage company policies, internal regulations, and business process mapping.
* Support ISO management implementation within the factory.

Qualifications:

* Minimum S1 in Business/HR Management or Industrial Engineering.
* 1+ year of experience in Business Process or Quality Management.
* Proficient in MS Office and Visio; capable of creating coherent business flowcharts.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and risk management registers.

4. Purchasing Compliance Staff (Code: PC STAFF)

* Perform preventive maintenance on utility equipment, including dust collectors, AHU/Chillers, and generators.
* Troubleshoot utility issues and implement technical improvements.

Qualifications:

* Minimum S1 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
* Ability to read electrical drawings and utilize industrial tools.
* Familiarity with AutoCAD, PLC, or automation software.
