Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate high initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset. To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in one of the following fields:
* Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
* Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
* Forestry
* Informatics Engineering or Information Systems
* Civil Engineering
* Law
* Accounting or Economic Management
* Japanese Literature
* Academic Performance: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrated leadership potential, a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
* Experience Level: Both recent graduates and early-career professionals with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
