We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an HRGA Manager.
## Role Overview: HRGA Manager
In this pivotal leadership position, you will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and General Affairs functions. You will be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring the seamless operation of our corporate infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily contributions will focus on strategic growth and operational excellence, including:
* Talent Acquisition: Managing end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes to secure top-tier talent.
* Strategic HR Management: Implementing global performance management frameworks and overseeing staff development.
* Administration & Compliance: Handling comprehensive HR and GA administration, including the management of company policies, procedures, and legal compliance.
* Compensation & Benefits: Overseeing payroll administration, PPH21 tax compliance, and competitive benefits structuring.
* Employee Relations: Maintaining a positive workplace environment and managing internal communication and grievances.
* Asset Management: Supervising the maintenance and oversight of company assets and facilities.
## Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in organizational management. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience serving as an HR Department Head.
3. Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, complemented by strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decisive judgment.
4. Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory.
5. Industry Advantage: Prior experience working within a Korean company or the IT/Tech industry is highly preferred.
6. Logistics: The ability to work on-site in Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta, and a high level of urgency regarding the start date.
