## General Candidate Qualifications
To ensure our team maintains the highest level of performance, all applicants must meet the following baseline requirements:
1. Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a comparable role.
2. Educational Background: Minimum qualification of SMA/SMK (vocational high school) or D3/S1 degree depending on the specific role requirements.
3. Integrity and Health: Applicants must be in good physical and mental health and must have no history of criminal records or serious workplace policy violations.
4. Operational Readiness: Candidates must be prepared to work under a roster schedule and be willing to be stationed at any PT. Mitramulia Makmur project site.
5. Selection Process: Successful applicants must be prepared to undergo and pass the company’s standardized recruitment and assessment procedures.
