## Open Positions at PT Mustika Indah Permai
We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill the following roles:
Engineering & Operations
* Civil & Road Maintenance Officer: Oversees hauling road maintenance, infrastructure development, and settling pond (KPL) operations. Requires a Civil Engineering degree, 3 years of experience, and a valid POP certification.
* Surveyor: Conducts precise topographic surveys and volume calculations. Requires a Geology or Mining Engineering degree; open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience.
* Warehouse Staff: Manages end-to-end inventory control, including storage, labeling, and SAP-based reporting. Requires a degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE)
* ESG System & Compliance Officer: Manages environmental reporting (SIMPEL), HSE inspections, and regulatory compliance. Requires an Environmental Engineering degree and 3 years of experience.
* LB3 & Water Management Staff/Supervisor: Focuses on water quality monitoring, waste management, and environmental compliance. Roles require degrees in Environmental or Chemical Engineering and relevant certifications (POPA/POPAL).
* Operation Safety Staff/Supervisor: Monitors the safety of mining facilities and equipment (SPIP). Requires degrees in Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
Management & Administrative Support
* External Relations Staff: Acts as the bridge between the company and local communities, NGOs, and stakeholders. Requires a degree in Law, Social Sciences, or Sociology.
* HR Officer: Manages organizational development, employee lifecycle, and HRIS. Requires a degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Management.
* Management System & Improvement Officer: Drives continuous improvement programs (CIP) and KPI tracking. Requires a degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems.
* Shipping & Barging Admin Officer: Handles logistics, shipping documentation, and SAP-based sales reconciliation. Requires 3 years of experience in shipping/maritime logistics. (Location: Palembang).
