## 1. Planner
As a Planner, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our production cycles are optimized to meet global shipping deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage comprehensive production schedules to align with organizational goals.
* Supervise daily production operations to ensure peak performance and adherence to safety standards.
* Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to resolve production-related challenges.
* Oversee material planning and movement throughout the entire manufacturing cycle.
* Maintain accurate administrative documentation and prepare detailed operational reports for management.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any relevant field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience within a manufacturing environment, specifically in production control.
* Demonstrated expertise in production planning, inventory management, or administrative coordination.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as SAP or ERP systems.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and self-motivation skills.
* Fluency in English or Mandarin is highly preferred.
## 2. Shipping Officer
Our Shipping team is vital to our global supply chain, managing the complex logistics required to import and export our solar technology to clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for port authorities, terminals, and international partners.
* Execute and oversee all administrative procedures related to import and export activities.
* Prepare essential shipping documentation, including CEISA, Import/Export LCL, AWB, B/L, Packing Lists, and PPFTZ.
* Monitor all shipments to ensure they remain on schedule and compliant with customs regulations.
* Analyze and report on the realization of import and export operations to improve supply chain transparency.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any field.
* Prior experience working within a shipping company or in an agency management capacity.
* Deep understanding of export/import documentation and shipping regulations.
* Must be based in or willing to relocate to Batam, as this position is based on-site.
* Excellent command of English or Mandarin is required.
