## Current Opening: HCGA Administrator
We are looking for a detail-oriented HCGA Administrator to join our Human Capital and General Affairs team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to diverse HC functions, including HC Development, while providing essential support to our corporate headquarters and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
As an HCGA Administrator, you will be the backbone of our operational data management. Your daily contributions will include:
* Database Management: Maintaining accurate, structured, and up-to-date HCGA records.
* Data Analysis: Processing and analyzing critical metrics regarding manpower, recruitment, employee attendance, and departmental activities to ensure effective monitoring.
* Reporting: Preparing regular reports and developing intuitive dashboards to streamline project oversight and management reporting.
* Administrative Support: Assisting with general Human Capital and General Affairs tasks, including maintaining personnel documentation and managing various operational requirements.
Professional Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of administrative precision and analytical curiosity. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree, preferably in Management, Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in administration or data reporting. Previous exposure to the EPC or construction industry is highly valued.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, specifically including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and the ability to create clear data visualizations. Experience with Power BI is considered a strong advantage.
* Soft Skills: High levels of accuracy, strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and excellent coordination abilities.
