## Job Position: SHE Officer (Safety, Health, and Environment)
PT Pakerin is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to fill the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Officer position. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a secure, compliant, and healthy workplace environment across our manufacturing facilities.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this career opportunity, candidates must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Environmental Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a comparable SHE or environmental role within an industrial setting.
* Mandatory Certifications: Must possess a valid General Occupational Safety and Health Expert certification (Ahli K3 Umum).
* Training & Implementation Skills: Completed training regarding the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) awareness. Candidates with direct experience setting up and successfully implementing SMK3 in the workplace will receive strong preference.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrated loyalty, high personal responsibility, and a meticulous approach to regulatory compliance and risk management.
* Work Location: Based on-site at the company’s manufacturing facility in Mojokerto, East Java.
