## Career Opportunity: Helper Operation (Maintenance)
We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our Maintenance function. This role is essential for ensuring operational efficiency and provides a unique opportunity to grow within the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
As a Helper Operation, your primary duties will include:
* Contract Management: Analyzing and managing contracts and Change Orders.
* Strategic Advisory: Providing contractual recommendations to management.
* Stakeholder Communication: Drafting professional correspondence with contractors and project stakeholders.
* Monitoring: Overseeing and reporting on project Change Management activities.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender/Age: Male, with a maximum age of 45 years.
* Education & Experience:
* Minimum SMA/SMK Technical background with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
* D3/S1 Technical background with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to read P&IDs, flow diagrams, and datasheets. Candidates must understand operational parameters (pressure, temperature, flow rate, gas quality) and be familiar with valves, meters, separators, scrubbers, and instrumentation.
* Digital Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
* Operational Skills: Capable of performing shift handovers and maintaining detailed operational reports.
* Work Environment: Ability to work in shift patterns within the oil and gas operational environment.
* Residency: Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Gresik and Pasuruan areas.
