## Open Position: Production Specialist Operator
As a Production Specialist Operator, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing ecosystem, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Machine Operation: Efficiently operate, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance on production machinery in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Quality Assurance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety and hygiene standards while meeting daily output targets.
* Documentation: Prepare accurate daily reports regarding production output, raw material consumption, and any technical obstacles encountered during the shift.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduates in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a production operator.
* Diploma (D3) graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
* Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols is essential.
* Skills: Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and maintain consistent workflow efficiency.
