# Career Opportunities at PT Putra Sarana Transborneo: Fresh Graduate Development Program 2025
Building a successful career in the heavy equipment and coal mining industry requires joining a forward-thinking and established organization. PT Putra Sarana Transborneo (PST) has been a trusted name in the Indonesian mining sector since its inception in 2000. Originally starting as a trusted subcontractor providing heavy machinery rental—such as excavators and dump trucks—for coal hauling in Malinau and Sebuku alongside PT John Holland Constructions Indonesia, PST has experienced remarkable growth.
By securing its first major contract with PT PAMA Persada Nusantara in 2002 at the Adaro jobsite, the company solidified its reputation for reliability and operational excellence. Today, PST stands proudly as one of PAMA's largest subcontractors, having successfully operated across multiple high-profile sites including ABKL, Jembayan, Adaro, TOP/KPP, SMM, and Asmin.
To meet the dynamic demands of the ever-expanding construction and mining sectors, PT Putra Sarana Transborneo is actively widening its operational footprint.
