1. Project Administrator
As a Project Administrator, you will be the backbone of our site operations, ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Expertise in Excel and Word is essential).
* Strong ability to manage project documentation, archiving, and periodic reporting.
* Solid understanding of project financial administration.
* Capability to interpret construction working drawings.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must be willing to work in Bali.
* Systematic management and archiving of all project-related documents.
* Oversight of field financial administration, including petty cash and expenditure tracking.
* Administrative coordination of labor, logistics, and material resources.

2. Site Manager

* Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) diploma in Civil Engineering or related technical fields.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
* Fundamental understanding of construction working drawings.
* Availability for immediate onboarding.
* Must be willing to work in Bali.
* Assisting the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and oversight phases.
* Supervising daily site activities and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors.
* Preparing and submitting regular project progress reports.
3. Quantity Surveyor
The Quantity Surveyor is essential to our financial transparency and material efficiency, ensuring every project remains both precise and cost-effective.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in construction or interior design.
* High proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and SketchUp.
* Ability to accurately read and interpret technical project specifications.
* Must be willing to work in Bali.
* Calculating the Bill of Quantities (RAB), estimating work volumes, and conducting unit price analysis.
* Managing the tender process and coordinating material procurement.
* Collaborating with the project team to monitor material requirements and ensure alignment with project milestones.
