1. Warehouse Planner
As a Warehouse Planner, you will act as the strategic engine behind our daily storage and inventory workflows, ensuring optimal resource allocation and seamless cross-departmental communication.
* Warehouse Planning: Formulate comprehensive daily inbound and outbound schedules based on shifting operational demands while optimizing storage capacity, labor force, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) deployment.
* Inbound & Outbound Oversight: Track the real-time execution of shipment flows, coordinating closely with Transport and Client Service divisions to adapt to schedule variations.
* Inventory Management: Monitor stock movements, storage assignments, and product availability, proactively resolving inventory discrepancies with relevant teams.
* Operational Reporting & Strategy: Generate daily performance reports, pinpoint operational bottlenecks, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Minimum D3 graduate from any discipline.
* At least 1 year of professional experience as a planner, with a strong focus on warehouse planning.
* Foundational understanding of core warehousing processes and logistics functions.
* A forward-thinking mindset geared toward business expansion and continuous operational enhancement.
2. Transport Planner
The Transport Planner is tasked with orchestrating flawless dispatch operations, monitoring transit milestones, and ensuring rigorous safety compliance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
* Dispatch Documentation & Validation: Generate delivery orders and loading notes complete with optimized route planning, thoroughly validating all shipping paperwork.
* Yard & Stakeholder Coordination: Partner smoothly with transporters, internal security, and loading crews to streamline loading and unloading protocols.
* Transit Monitoring: Utilize Transport Management Systems (TMS) to track real-time deliveries, manage Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, and report pending shipment statuses.
* Yard Management & Safety: Oversee yard activities while strictly enforcing uncompromising safety standards across all transport partners.
Qualifications:
* Minimum D3 degree in any major.
* Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Transport Planner within logistics or transportation sectors.
* Basic English proficiency (passive).
* Strong competency in operating Transport Management Systems (TMS), alongside exceptional filing, reporting, and documentation skills.
3. Administration Staff
Our administrative team ensures that sales orders, inventory tracking, and master data management flow without friction, serving as the connective tissue between commercial sales and warehouse execution.
* Order & Sales Processing: Convert canvas sales purchase orders into delivery orders, accurately inputting sales pipelines from initial entry through billing and returns.
* Equipment Administration: Track equipment dispatch, returns, and execution while conducting scheduled equipment stock opnames.
* Data Management: Seamlessly register new customers into master databases while maintaining meticulous document controls.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree holder from any academic background.
* Minimum 1 year of administrative experience within transport or logistics environments.
* Thorough familiarity with warehouse inbound, outbound, and inventory procedures.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) alongside experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
4. Equipment Operator
Equipment Operators are vital to maintaining high standards of safe, efficient goods handling, ensuring that every product is accurately positioned and handled with care.
* Good Warehouse Practice Execution: Drive accurate inbound and outbound put-away, picking, inventory transfers, and stock replenishments while conducting regular physical stock counts.
* MHE Management: Perform pre- and post-operational safety inspections on Material Handling Equipment, maintain equipment checklists, and oversee battery charging and replacement procedures.
Qualifications:
* High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Equipment Operator.
* Mandatory possession of a Class 2 Forklift License (SIO Forklift Kelas 2) registered with TemanK3.
* Strong numerical aptitude, high integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and willingness to work in shifts.
5. Picker Checker
Pickers and Checkers guarantee absolute precision when fulfilling orders, acting as the final line of defense for inventory accuracy before items leave our warehouse floor.
* Goods Receipt & Dispatch: Unload incoming shipments, cross-reference physical items against transport documents, and utilize RF Scanners to precisely pick SKUs, batch numbers, and quantities for staging areas.
* Equipment Operations: Safely operate material handling tools, maintain equipment checklists, and execute feeder tasks for smooth cargo movement.
Qualifications:
* High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
* At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
* Ability to operate Pallet Movers and possession of a registered Class 2 Forklift License (SIO Forklift Kelas 2) will be distinct advantages.
* Demonstrated numerical precision, honesty, and readiness for shift work.
