## 1. Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the crucial bridge between our advanced engineering solutions and our valued clientele. This position requires a strategic thinker who can articulate complex technical concepts while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Presentations: Design and deliver compelling presentations that illustrate how our products and services solve complex industrial challenges.
* Lead Generation & Management: Cultivate high-potential sales leads, nurture post-contact relationships, negotiate pricing structures, secure and renew orders, and coordinate seamless deliveries.
* Consultative Selling: Collaborate closely with clients and internal engineers to accurately assess specific equipment needs and system integration requirements.
* Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and performance quotas.
* Strategic Feedback: Identify operational roadblocks, propose actionable solutions, and report market insights directly to senior management.
* Market Expansion: Capture market share by outperforming competitors and uncovering untapped commercial opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any discipline (Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields preferred).
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing, ideally within the HVAC, cooling tower, or heavy industrial equipment sectors.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin serves as a distinct advantage.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, persuasive negotiation, strong computer literacy, and outstanding interpersonal abilities.
## 2. Project Management Staff
Our Project Management Staff members ensure that complex thermal engineering projects run smoothly from conception to completion. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, robust logistical knowledge, and strong financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project schedules and maintain strict alignment with designated financial budgets.
* Operational Oversight: Solve on-site challenges efficiently while ensuring that cash flow management, material deliveries (both local and international), and installation milestones are met.
* Import Operations Management: Review complex shipping documentation (including Bills of Lading, PIB, and Certificates of Origin) and manage customs clearance processes.
* Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on current import regulations, logistical laws, post-border rules, PI, Lartas, SKA, and Free Trade Agreements (FTA).
* Technical Analysis: Evaluate HS codes and apply deep knowledge of customs regulations to optimize supply chains.
* Supplier Relations: Oversee external suppliers to guarantee that all delivered materials adhere to rigorous quality and timeline standards.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, general Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field.
* Experience: Prior background in HVAC, cooling towers, construction, or industrial equipment is preferred. Fresh graduates with exceptional academic records are welcome to apply.
