1. Recruitment Staff
As a Recruitment Staff member, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent to meet the needs of our diverse corporate partners.
* Source and screen potential candidates for placement with our established partner companies.
* Manage the distribution of recruitment materials across various digital platforms and social media channels.
* Proactively network with educational institutions to organize job fairs, campus recruitment events, and alumni engagement sessions.
* Oversee the distribution of promotional brochures to boost our brand visibility in the job market.
* Must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
* Strong communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition.
2. Telemarketing Specialist
Our Telemarketing team plays a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients' customers. We are looking for individuals who are persuasive, articulate, and customer-focused.
* Conduct outbound calls to provide essential information to banking clients.
* Present customized financial offers and banking facilities to potential and existing customers.
* Build and nurture long-term, professional relationships with the client base.
* Minimum education level of High School (SMA/K) or equivalent.
