## 1. Junior Project Procurement
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Project Procurement specialist to oversee material flow and financial efficiency on our job sites.
Core Responsibilities
* Develop and manage comprehensive material delivery schedules.
* Implement strict cost control measures to ensure project profitability.
* Conduct precise calculations for Quantity Variation Orders.
* Demonstrate a robust understanding of modern construction methodologies.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
* Prior experience within the oil and gas construction sector is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
## 2. Admin Marine (Based in North Jakarta)
The Admin Marine role is essential for ensuring the regulatory compliance and operational readiness of our maritime assets.
Core Responsibilities
* Monitor ship certification and documentation, coordinating renewals with relevant regulatory authorities.
* Plan and facilitate inspections and surveys involving classification societies, port authorities, and third-party agencies.
* Produce detailed weekly and monthly reports regarding vessel status.
* Maintain organized digital and physical archives of technical catalogs and blueprints.
Candidate Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture.
* At least 2 years of proven experience in maritime administration.
* Strong communication skills with a proactive and methodical approach to teamwork.
* Technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Maxsurf Naval Architecture software.
* Must be able to join immediately and work from our office in Pantai Indah Selatan, North Jakarta.
## 3. Purchasing Staff (Based in North Jakarta)
Our purchasing department is the backbone of our operational supply chain. We are looking for an experienced individual to manage vendor relations and procurement logistics.
Core Responsibilities
* Source, vet, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal value and quality.
* Analyze market trends to secure competitive pricing strategies.
* Clarify technical specifications with internal stakeholders regarding Material Requisitions (MR).
* Manage document filing per project and oversee end-to-end procurement cycles.
* Verify incoming shipments against Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure adherence to technical requirements.
* Coordinate with expediters to streamline international and local logistics.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum D3/S1 degree in any field (Information Technology background is a plus).
* 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably dealing with spare parts, heavy equipment, and engineering supplies.
* Experienced in working with ERP or procurement management systems.
* Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and the ability to thrive under high-pressure environments.
* Willing to be stationed at the Buma Group headquarters in North Jakarta.
