## Current Job Opening: OCP Assistant (Purchasing Fresh Fruit Bunches / TBS Assistant)
The organization is currently expanding its operational team and seeking a qualified, driven individual to fill a critical field role located on-site in East Kalimantan.
Core Responsibilities
* Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, productive partnerships with local farmers and Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB/TBS) suppliers through scheduled field visits.
* Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming materials and conduct strict grading procedures according to established corporate benchmarks.
* Contract Administration: Prepare and process documentation relating to purchasing agreements.
* Production Reconciliation: Verify that incoming FFB volumes align seamlessly with the Daily Production Report (LHP) from each mill.
* Pricing Strategy: Compile and formulate weekly FFB pricing schedules.
* Financial Documentation: Oversee administrative workflows, manage billing procedures, and draft precise, punctual payment reports.
* Record Management: Maintain systematic archiving systems for all procurement records.

General Requirements

* Professional Experience: At least 3 (three) years of proven experience handling FFB procurement partnerships or working as a Plasma Assistant.
