Operating from our expansive 2,600-square-meter facility in West Jakarta, we provide comprehensive, one-stop solutions for manufacturing and repair. Our technical capabilities are powered by five state-of-the-art CNC sealing machines—featuring advanced Seal Master technology by DMH GmbH—capable of handling diameters up to 500 mm. We are currently looking for talented, driven professionals to join our expanding team. If you are passionate about precision engineering and industrial innovation, consider these open positions:
1. Welder
* Education: High School (SMA/SMK) diploma.
* Skills: Proficiency in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding techniques.
* Certification: 3G-6G welding certification is highly preferred.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Tube and Hydraulic Rod welding.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to utilize measurement tools like micrometers and calipers, and a strong aptitude for reading technical drawings.
2. Assembly/Disassembly Technician
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK), preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 1 year as an Assembly Operator or Technician in the heavy equipment or cylinder industry.
* Technical Proficiency: Experience with calipers and the ability to interpret technical engineering drawings.
3. Sales Support
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK).
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or general clerical roles.
* Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, skilled in drafting formal price quotations, and maintains high attention to detail.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, proactivity, agility, and a quick learning capacity.
4. Inspector
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years in pneumatic, hydraulic, or cylinder manufacturing.
* Technical Proficiency: Competency in 2D & 3D technical drawing, mastery of vernier calipers and micrometers, and a solid understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
5. Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC)
* Education: Diploma (D3) in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar capacity.
* Core Competencies: Expertise in scheduling and monitoring production processes—from material procurement to finished goods—as well as overseeing on-site project implementation.
* Leadership: Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and strong communication skills.
