Today, we are actively searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Operator to join our dynamic team at our Delta Silicon facility in Cikarang Pusat.
## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a QC Operator at Plasticolors, you will play a critical role in maintaining our rigorous manufacturing standards. Your daily responsibilities will directly impact our product consistency and customer satisfaction.
* Sample Verification: Rigorously inspect and test production samples to ensure they are identical to the finished manufactured goods, guaranteeing strict adherence to established quality benchmarks.
* Corrective Formulation: Develop and apply corrective chemical or color formulas promptly whenever production samples deviate from required quality thresholds.
* Compliance Maintenance: Execute all operational procedures in strict alignment with current ISO standards and internal quality protocols.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this fast-paced manufacturing environment, applicants must meet specific physical, educational, and experiential criteria.
* Gender and Age: Male candidates between 21 and 35 years of age.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or an equivalent qualification.
* Visual Acuity: Must not suffer from color blindness to ensure accurate color matching and pigment evaluation.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a Quality Control role; direct working experience within a masterbatch manufacturing environment will be given strong preference.
* Personal Attributes: Highly meticulous, agile, resilient, mathematically inclined, and capable of making quick, effective decisions.
* Work Arrangement: Fully prepared and willing to work within a demanding 3-shift rotation system.
* Work Location: Must be willing to be stationed at our manufacturing plant located in Delta Silicon, Cikarang Pusat.
