## 1. Finance Administrative Assistant
As a Finance Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial integrity and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Document and record all financial transactions and payment receipts.
* Manage petty cash reporting and validate supporting documentation.
* Execute company payment activities and maintain comprehensive banking records.
* Assist in the preparation of cash flow projections, budget planning, and financial statements.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or Economics.
* Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a finance-related role.
* Proficiency in financial principles and basic taxation.
* Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork, and effective communication skills.
