As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be the cornerstone of our recruitment efforts. Your mission is to manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from initial workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing, screening, and seamless onboarding. You will be tasked with building a robust talent pool to ensure our mining operations are supported by top-tier professionals who meet our rigorous standards.
Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Officer, specifically within the mining sector.
* Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Certifications: Possession of BNSP Recruitment & Selection certification, Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist (CTAS), or other recognized recruitment credentials is highly preferred.
* Mobility: Willingness to travel for business or accept placement at our operational mine sites.
* Commitment: Readiness to undergo all stages of the selection process, including document verification, interviews, psychometric testing, and a Medical Check-Up (MCU).
