1. Utility Improvement & Sustainability Assistant Manager
This role is pivotal in driving our transition toward a greener operation. You will lead initiatives to optimize utility performance, enhance energy efficiency, and manage decarbonization projects.
* Key Responsibilities: Lead utility reliability, develop renewable energy integration strategies, and conduct feasibility studies for emissions reduction.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering; 4+ years of experience in utility or process manufacturing; proven track record in sustainability and carbon reduction.
2. Warehouse Team Leader
You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and inventory integrity through robust stock control and 3PL management.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitor service levels, manage SAP/WMS transactions, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize warehouse performance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any major; 4+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations; strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. IT Services Engineer
In this technical role, you will be responsible for the health and optimization of our digital infrastructure.
* Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain network infrastructure, perform system troubleshooting, and lead IT deployment or migration projects.
* Requirements: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields; 2+ years of experience in network/infrastructure engineering; hands-on experience with virtualization, servers, and Microsoft 365.
4. Community Development Officer (Calistung Monitoring & Evaluation)
This position focuses on driving our social impact by monitoring our Literacy & Numeracy (Calistung) programs.
* Key Responsibilities: Evaluate program effectiveness, coordinate with educational stakeholders, and conduct field visits to ensure target objectives are met.
* Requirements: Degree in Education, Social Sciences, or Community Development; experience in CSR or NGO sectors; excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Engineering Mobility – Workplace Services (Facility Management)
You will ensure our physical infrastructure supports our operational excellence.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage office facilities and employee accommodations, oversee building maintenance, and manage contractors to ensure HSE compliance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; 3+ years of experience in facility or estate management; strong background in budgeting and contractor management.
