## Job Responsibilities
As a Production Engineering specialist, you will play a pivotal role in bridging operational planning with floor-level execution. Your core duties will encompass:
* Production & Maintenance Scheduling: Formulate detailed production schedules alongside proactive machinery maintenance timetables.
* Operational Oversight: Monitor and critically evaluate daily manufacturing workflows to ensure alignment with organizational targets.
* Efficiency Analysis: Conduct comprehensive studies on operational productivity and propose strategic initiatives for performance enhancement.
* Standardization: Develop, review, and consistently update Work Instructions (WI) and critical process parameters.
* Problem Solving: Execute rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve manufacturing roadblocks and implement robust corrective actions.
* Performance Reporting: Generate in-depth production performance reports accompanied by actionable process improvement recommendations.
* Compliance Assurance: Guarantee that all floor activities strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP), quality benchmarks, and company regulations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with interconnected departments to guarantee uninterrupted manufacturing cycles and equipment upkeep.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this technical environment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience working in a production engineering capacity within a manufacturing setting.
* Management Systems: Working knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) frameworks.
* Process Optimization: Proven capability in measuring production efficiency and conducting productivity audits.
* Continuous Improvement Expertise: Familiarity with methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or similar continuous improvement frameworks.
* Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of general manufacturing processes, heavy production machinery, and maintenance fundamentals.
* Analytical Acumen: Exceptional problem-solving skills, data interpretation abilities, and proficiency in translating insights into actionable strategies.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office tools, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
