## General Requirements for 2025 Recruitment
We are seeking motivated professionals to join our ranks. All applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Eligibility: Open to the general public; applicants must meet specific qualifications for the desired role.
* Professional Background: Preference is given to candidates with relevant experience in their respective fields.
* Integrity: Applicants must never have been dismissed from civil service, military, police, or state-owned enterprises due to disciplinary violations.

## Selection Process

* Laboratory Technician: D3 in Health Analysis with an active STR and Pathology Anatomy experience.
* Nutritionist: D3 in Nutrition (S1 Dietitian preferred) with an active lifelong STR.
* HR Analyst: S1 in HR Management, Law, Psychology, or Public Health.
* Training Coordinator: S1 in any field with experience in hospital education/training.
* Insurance Verification Staff: D3 in any field (Hospital Administration preferred).
* Cashier: D3 in any field with cash flow management experience.
* Education Committee Administrative Staff: D3 in any field with strong documentation skills.
* Mechanical & Electrical Technician: D3 in Electrical/Civil Engineering with relevant certifications.
* Health Care Assistant: Vocational (SMK) in Health with a focus on basic nursing care and hygiene.
