The Harapan Kita National Cardiovascular Center (RSJPDHK) stands as Indonesia’s premier national referral hospital dedicated exclusively to the treatment of heart and vascular diseases. Since its establishment by the Harapan Kita Foundation on November 9, 1985, the hospital has served as a cornerstone of medical excellence, operating from its sprawling 22,389-square-meter facility in Slipi, West Jakarta. We are currently inviting highly dedicated and professional Indonesian citizens to join our team as contract employees under the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
## General Requirements for Applicants
To be considered for a position at our institution, all applicants must satisfy the following criteria:
* Must be an Indonesian citizen.
* Must not be a member or official of any political party.
* Must not have been dishonorably discharged from any civil service, military, police, or private sector role.
* Must not have any criminal record or be serving a prison sentence.
* Must be willing to be stationed at any unit within the RSJPDHK environment.
* Must hold a qualification from a study program with at least a "B" accreditation and a minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Foreign degree holders must provide proof of diploma equivalence from the Directorate General of Higher Education, including a 4.0 scale GPA conversion.
All health-related positions require a valid Surat Tanda Registrasi* (STR).

Administrative & Support Roles
* Administrative Staff: Various departments, including Medical Committee, Professional Education, Medical Services, and specific clinical units (ICVC, Pediatrics, Outpatient). Requires S-1 in Computer Science or Public Health.
* HR and General Staff: Roles in Employee Welfare, HR Administration, and Human Resources Development. Requires S-1 Computer Science or Public Health.
* Planning & Finance: Auditor, Budgeting Staff, Management Accounting, and Data Analysis roles. Requires S-1 Accounting, Economics, or Management.
* Legal & Corporate: Legal and Cooperation Staff. Requires S-1 Law with proficiency in English and legal drafting.
Clinical & Technical Roles
* Dietitian: Requires S-1 Nutrition with a valid STR and preferred professional registration.
* Medical Physicist: Requires S-1 Medical Physics with STR and PARI membership.
* General Medical Staff: Requires a General Practitioner degree (Profesi Dokter), valid STR, and an active ACLS certificate.
* Medical Records: Requires D-III Medical Records and Health Information with a valid STR.
* Technical Maintenance: Various roles requiring degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, or Air Conditioning Engineering.
IT & Information Systems
* System Development & Maintenance: Roles focused on database design, web programming (Laravel/CI), hardware troubleshooting, and network security. Requires S-1 Computer Science, Informatics, or Information Systems.
Marketing & Strategy
* Senior Marketing & Business Development: Requires S-1 with at least 3 years of experience in hospital branding, competitor analysis, and business strategy.
* Service Strategy Development: Requires S-1/S-2 in Hospital Administration or Public Health, with a focus on roadmap development and infographic design.

Document Preparation: Prepare a single PDF file (max 5 MB) containing your application letter (signed on a Rp. 10,000 stamp duty), resume, original diplomas, transcripts, accreditation proof, valid STR, KTP, recent photograph, relevant certificates, and a medical health certificate issued in June 2024.
