We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Senior Assistant Professional Staff for the 2024 Fiscal Year, specifically tasked with supporting the preparation of technical documents for regional government buildings.
## General Requirements for Applicants

* Nationality: Must be an Indonesian Citizen (WNI).

We are looking to fill 36 positions across various technical fields. Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
Core Technical Competencies
Successful applicants must be proficient in the following software and processes:
* Design & Drafting: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit/ArchiCAD, Enscape/Lumion.
* Structural Analysis: ETABS, SAP2000.
* Project Documentation: Expertise in creating and analyzing Work Drawings, Budget Plans (RAB), Technical Specifications (RKS), Bills of Quantities (BoQ), and S-Curves.
* Microsoft Office: Advanced proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.

The project encompasses various specializations, including:
* Architecture, Structural, and MEP Experts: Focused on construction planning, maintenance planning, and project supervision.
* Distribution: A total of 36 personnel will be allocated across 18 specific job categories, each serving an 11-month contract.
