## Role Responsibilities
The leadership team is responsible for guiding the organization’s strategic vision and technical operations:
* Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson: Responsible for directing the execution of KNKT’s mandate and overseeing all administrative and functional operations.
* Sub-Committee Leads: Tasked with the strategic leadership, organization, control, and supervision of accident investigations within their respective transport sectors (Aviation, Marine, Railway, or Road).
## Candidate Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for these prestigious roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Indonesian citizen (WNI) with high moral integrity.
* A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the relevant transportation field (rail, marine, aviation, or road).
* Demonstrated experience in organizational or leadership management.
* Maximum age of 60 years at the time of application.
* Minimum education level of Diploma IV or Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* Physically and mentally fit, drug-free, and currently not involved in any legal proceedings.
* Not a member or affiliate of any political party.
* Willingness to resign from, take a leave of absence from, or divest from positions in the public sector (PNS/TNI/POLRI), state-owned enterprises (BUMN/BUMD), or private transport business entities within one month of appointment.
