## Job Opening: CoC Data Management
Sinar Mas Forestry is currently seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to join the team as a CoC (Chain of Custody) Data Management specialist. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and ensuring all forestry operations remain compliant with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following duties:
* Administrative Oversight: Managing and supervising all documentation related to Production Result Reports (LHP).
* Data Analysis and Monitoring: Executing detailed data analysis, performing accurate system inputs, and monitoring the SIPUHH Online and Woodtracking platforms.
* Regulatory Reporting: Compiling routine reports on forest product administration to ensure full compliance.
* Evaluation: Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of Chain of Custody (CoC) procedures across the field.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Forestry, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Administration, or a closely related field.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates; however, candidates with at least one year of experience in forestry administration or forest product management are preferred.
* Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and an ability to analyze complex datasets effectively.
* Regulatory Knowledge: A solid grasp of the regulations and procedures governing forest product management.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, paired with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a professional team environment.
